Silver Frame

1.Open a New Document size 320 X 370 px, and fill with color  R=255, G=252, B=245 (#FFFCF5) (Alt+Backspace). Add  New Layer, select Gradient Tool>Option>Linear, and make a line>angle 45 degrees with Silver Gradient (or you can download the gradient that I used here and change the Input Levels> 0, 1.35, 255 to get nice light blue color). Go to Filter>Noise>Add Noise>Amount 2.5%, Gaussian, Monochromatic> checked.

2. To make a selection use Rectangular Marquee Tool and choose Fixed Size> width 266 px and height 320px, and press Delete. Ctrl+click on the layer to make a selection, and go to Edit>Stroke>center, 1px with the black.

3.Make a new selection using Rectangular Marquee Tool and choose Fixed Size: width 286px and height 340px and Stroke, the same settings as in step 2. To add drop shadow go to Layer> Layers Style and change the settings to:                                                                      Multiply 60%
Global Light: unchecked
Angle 120
Distance 5px,
Spread 1%
Size 16px.

4.Click Channel Palette, and create  New Channel, named it, I named mine 'Decoration'. Open the Mask, this is the Mask that I made (you can download the Mask here, or you can make your own. If you do,  make sure that the Mask is same size as your image), Select>All (Ctrl+A) copy and paste to New Channel. Select Mask (Ctrl +click) and go back to Layers Palette.

5.First create Silver Pattern. Open a new document size 100x100px, Edit>Fill with 50% Gray ( #808080)  and choose Filter>Noise>Add Noise>Amount 66%, Gaussian, Monochromatic>checked. Select all (Ctrl+A) and go to Edit>Define Pattern, named it Silver and Save. You can see below how mine looks.

Add a New Layer and fill selection with the Silver pattern, that you  created. Go to Transform Tool, choose Scale and resize the Mask.

6. To make Gold Pattern choose color R=190,G=173, B=144 (#Bead90), Filter> Noise>Add noise 22.78%,Gaussian, Monochromatic and Define Pattern as in step 5, see the image below:

Add a New Layer and Load selection: Channel: Decoration, Invert: unchecked. Fill this selection with Gold Pattern, and resize the Mask. Add Layer  Mask.

7. Choose the Airbrush and paint with the black to hide the portions of the Gold Fill. Change Opacity to 35%.              Merge these two Layers and apply Layer Styles> Bevel and Emboss with those settings:
Inner Bevel> Smooth>Depth 21%, Direction: Up> Size 14 Angle 120
Use Global Light: checked.
Go to filter: Sharpen>Sharpen.

8.Add New Layer, with the Line Tool>1px draw
line at angle 45 degrees, opacity 35%, to make a joints.
Turn visibility off  for Background Layer and Merge all visible layers (Ctrl+Shift+Alt+E).
Save your Frame as PSD file.
Now insert image of your choice and go to Edit>Stroke>Center, 1px.
