1. Open a New Document (Ctrl+N) size 550x450 px. and fill with color R=205,G=197,B=191 (#CDC5BF). Add New Layer name it 'Texture', select all (Ctrl+A), go to Edit>Stroke>65px> Center with 50% Gray> R=128,G=128,B=128 (#80,80,80).To make a selection, click on the stroke border with Magic Wand. |

Select
Gradient Tool>Option>Linear, press Shift key and
drag gradient (of your choice, or you can download those here
and use Brown Gradient), from the top to the bottom. Go to Filter>Noise>Add
Noise Amount=105, Gaussian, Monochromatic checked. Go to Filter>Stylize>Glow Edges>Edge Width=2,Edge Brightness=6, Smoothness=5. Go to Edit>Fade>65% (Shift+Ctrl+F). Adjust Levels (Ctrl+L), Input Levels> 0 , 0.45, 255. This is how your image should look. Add New Layer name it 'Gradient'. Press Ctrl and click right button on the 'Texture Layer' to make a selection. |

Make sure that 'Gradient Layer' is
active, use the Gradient as in step2. Set blending mode to Multiplay. Go
to Image>Adjustments>Levels>Input Levels> 0,1.45,222. Merge
'Texture' and 'Gradient Layer', go to Filter>Find Edges, go to
Edit> Fade>6% (Shift+Ctrl+F). Adjust Input Levels (Ctrl+L)>0,1.55, 255. Duplicate this layer, name it 'Green' (Ctrl+J), go to Image>Adjustment>Variation>Midtones. Click once for More Cyan and select Darker Version. Add Layer Mask, and paint with the black to hide most of this Layer, keep visible only parts with green color. Adjust output levels> 0,212. Merge Down (Ctrl+E), name it 'Border'. Sharpen>Sharpen Edges. |

4. With Rectangular Marquee Tool make a selection of side border, press (Ctrl+J)
to copy. With Transform Tool (Ctrl+T)>Select>Rotate 90CW and move on the
top. Make a copy of this Layer (Ctrl+J) and
move it to the bottom. Merge those 3 Layers ( top&bottom borders with 'Border" Layer), rename it 'Frame', apply Layer Style>Bevel and Emboss and Outer Glow (use gradient 'Pink Metal', download in step 2). I scaled the effect to 9%. |

5. Select the Background Layer, add a New Layer, name it 'Color', Select All (Ctrl+A), go to Edit>Stroke 80 px,>Center, fill with color R=106 G=57 B=58 (#6A393A).Add New Layer name it 'Light Gradient', go to Edit>Stroke>120 px,>Center. With the Magic Wand click on the stroke to make a selection, and select gradient of your choice ( or one that I used 'Silk', download in step 2). Add Layer Style Drop Shadow>Default Settings. |

6. Add a New Layer name it "Corners', with the brush size 2px and white color make corner joints, lower the opacity to 60%. |

7. Copy and Paste Image of your choice and name it 'Image'. Press Ctrl and Right click on the 'Image' Layer to make a selection and go to Edit> Stroke>2px>Center with color R=190,G=173, B=144 (#Bead90). Apply Layer Styles>Inner Shadow, default settings.
